1.First Charge New VGP-BPS3 Lithium Ion Laptop Battery Pack
On the first charge, your sony notebook may indicate that charging is complete after a short period of around 15 mins. This is to be expected - simply remove the Sony VGP-BPS3 Battery Pack from the laptop and repeat the charging procedure.
Your new Li-ion VGP-BPS3 battery may require 4 to 5 charge/discharge cycles to reach its maximum capacity.
When you get a new the Replacement VGP-BPS3 battery , charge it until it is fully charged. Then, let your laptop run, without being plugged in, to use all of the charge in the battery. Once the battery is dead, charge it again.
2.Make sure to fully discharge and charge youReplacement laptop battery at least once every two weeks for maximum performance and long life.
